XENON™ Personnel Evaluation
Ravian personnel evaluation is a unique web application consisting of 6 modules
for automation of the work flow in companies with more than one location. The primary
purpose of Ravian personnel evaluation is to create a single gateway between different
locations for collaboration of the personnel.
In this way all the tasks in the 6 modules could be analyzed by mid level administrators
and a total evaluation being performed for each of the personnel. The result is
total report for the Top level admin or the Person in charge. Ravian personnel evaluation
is more than a website; it provides business process automation and workflow management.
Personnel Evaluation is a Web-based office automation system for managing the work flow in multi locations and, analyzing the output of the personnel through an integrated database. The reporting of the system not only creates a better view of the personnel output, but also creates a better understanding of it for the management through categorized reports.
